1. General Agreement & Eligibility
This site is owned and operated by East Coast Medical Supply INC., a Florida Corporation. By using or browsing this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
- Access is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts.
- Services are for the User’s own use and not for the benefit of third parties.
2. Registration & Security
Users are required to register with accurate mailing, telephone, and email information.
- Users may register only one User-ID per household to prevent fraud.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords.
- Sharing account passwords with other persons is a violation of these terms.
3. Liability & Jurisdiction
Services and content are provided on an “As Is” basis without warranties of any kind.
- The Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed $50 or the fees paid by the User during the preceding 12 months, whichever is less.
- These terms are construed according to the laws of the State of Florida.
- Exclusive venue for disputes is the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, or the Federal District Court, Middle District of Florida.
