Refund policy
Standard Return Terms
Refunds or replacements are provided for products damaged during shipping or if an incorrect item was delivered, provided notice is given within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued once products are returned in their original form.
- Shipping labels are provided upon request for valid damage or error claims.
- All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Due to sterility requirements, no opened boxes will be eligible for a refund.
Inspection & Fraud Prevention
Returned products must undergo a Company inspection to ensure they are functional and fit for resale. If a returned product is determined to be defective, no refund will be made.
- If a User claims more than three (3) problematic shipment instances (lost, broken, or incorrect), eligibility for services may be terminated at Company discretion.
